I love Perkins. Of all the interstate dining joints, it is Perkins for whom I save my love song.

I was living in a hotel for a couple months just outside Sidney, NE while working for Cabela's. Right next to the hotel was a Perkins and it is there I dined like....

Anyone that follows the evolutionary biology scene is familiar with the concept of 'evolutionary jump.' That is, a unique occurrence during which an organism experiences such a radical alteration of its core DNA as to 'leap' forward and become something else entirely. Kind of like a platypus. Or our RV-Cycle, here.
