"When you wear a helmet, your safety is increased -- significantly," the trauma program manager at MedCentral/Mansfield Hospital said. "The possibility and probability of suffering injury is very high in an accident without a helmet. Unlike in a car, you have no outer protector when you ride a motorcycle." SOURCE
